This dedicated advocate is a National Officer of the Foster Children, Parents and Parental Rights Advocates Union. She currently serves in the capacity of National Chief Steward. In this position Ms. Whalen has direct responsibility over all 54 State Chief Stewards and the thousands of union stewards under their control. She will manage an army of union stewards who serve as this unions direct connection with our union membership in every chapter of the union.
