The Foster Children, Parents and Parental Rights Advocates Union has become a strong voice for social change in this nations corrupt and uncaring child protective services system.
Under the direct supervision of each State Chief Steward are Regional Union Stewards. Regional Stewards will supervise our vast army of local Union Stewards. Local Stewards are this Union's direct connection to the states neighborhoods and communities. Local Stewards go to Family Courts and local CPS offices to offer assistance to parents experiencing the foster care system for the first time and to recruit members to join their State Chapters. It is only through organization at the community level will we be able to garner enough voices and manpower to make effect change on the state and national levels. This model must be followed in every state and in every territory. Until we are truly representative of all of America we can never truly call ourselves a National Union
