THIS UNION IS STILL ORGANIZING

The Foster Children, Parents and Parental Rights Advocates Union is continuing its call for Parents and Advocates to organize. Now more than ever it is necessary for this Union and its followers to demonstrate our unity in demanding justice from our government for the injustice actions of this nation's corrupt child protective services system. With president Trump's ascension to his second presidency we were hopeful that this president would surpass previous presidents in their acknowledgement that the 1997 Adoption and Safe Families Act of President Clinton is the worst legislation ever created for families in America. Every president since 1997 has allowed the injustices of ASFA to continue. During President Trump's first presidency we were hopeful there would be justice with his actions with children removed at the border from undocumented aliens. His constant criticisms of Health and Human Services and their illegal removals, detentions and adoptions of children detained and removed at the border reminded us in the parental rights movement in America that we too have suffered these same injustices. President Trump's attempts to reunite these wrongfully removed children with their parents encouraged the American victims of Health and Human Services injustice under their corrupt child protective services system to have hope that this justice of being reunited with their wrongfully removed children would also be extended to them. The appointment of Robert F. Kennedy Jr to the head of the Department of Health and Human Services also brought encouragement to the "victims" of CPS aggression that there would be genuine change in child protective services in America. Mr. Kennedy is heir to the Kennedy legacy of social justice for the disadvantaged in America. His father Robert F. Kennedy Sr as well as his uncles John F. Kennedy, former president of the United States and the esteemed Edward M. Kennedy the longest serving Senator of the great state of Massachusetts were giants in their ability to and attempts at correcting social injustices in this country. Robert F. Kennedy jr's appointment as head of this nation's Health and Human Services System was seen as a God send to parents mourning the loss of their children at the hands of child protective services in every state in this nation. With the appointment of Elon Musk to the newly created cabinet position at DOGE the Department of Government Efficiency to uncover and correct financial waste and corruption in the federal government would uncover the wastefulness and corruption of this nations corrupt child protective services system. This National Union has petitioned President Trump during his first administration to acknowledge the grievances of parents and children deprived of their Constitutionally Protected and Constitutionally Guaranteed Parental Rights instilled in this nation's Constitution. The then Presidents proclamations acknowledging the injustices committed by the Department of Health and Human Services, the agency tasked with the custody of accompanied and unaccompanied minors at the U.S, Border violated international law and the human rights of the immigrants gave hope to the parents and children in the U.S. enduring similar injustices from Health and Human Services through their proxy child protective services. Sadly this was not true. Included in the Administration's attempts to placate Parental Rights Advocates President Trump initiated DOGE, the Department of Governmental Efficiency. Although Parental Rights for American citizens has never been a priority for this president in his first administration we Parental Rights Advocates in America remained hopeful with the reelection of President Trump, the appointment of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to the leadership of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as well as the appointment of Elon Musk to head DOGE seemed very encouraging to Americans. Secretary Kennedy's recent pronouncements that the Department of Health and Human Services under President Biden's administration was involved in the illegal removal of children from their parents gave hope to millions of Americans who have had their children wrongly removed by Child Protective Services. Sadly that hope was soon shattered when Secretary Kennedy declared that the criminal actions he had been referring to were perpetuated against illegal immigrant parents who were forcibly separated from their children and not American parents who had suffered the same removal of their children from their homes by Child Protective Services who operate under the supervision and direction of the Department of Health and Human Services. Nowhere in Secretary Kennedy's announcement was any mention of the past, present or future criminal acts Health and Human Services has or will commit through their proxy Child Protective Services in every state and occupied territory of the United States. Secretary Kennedy's statements on these issues clearly shows the biases of this government in their concern for the children of illegal immigrants and lack of concern for the children of the United States of America. Additionally Secretary Kennedy's lack of interest in securing justice for American parents who have had their children wrongfully removed by the agency he now heads is an affront to his family's name and a disgrace to the names of his father Robert F. Kennedy Sr and his uncles Senator Edward Kennedy and President John F. Kennedy.

This Union is still actively seeking Union Members to join us in this fight against injustice from every state and occupied U.S. Territory. This Union is actively in a desperate fight against the ignorance and arrogance of this Nation's Child Protective Services System. The lies CPS tells itself to justify it's illegal removal of children will one day be erased by detailed information and education into the harm the removal of children from their parents can cause. The arrogance of CPS cannot be erased by education. Their arrogance will only end once CPS as it currently exists is completely humiliated and then eradicated. As more and more parents reveal their stories of the unlawful acts committed by CPS in the illegal removal of their children from their care CPS arrogance will be the precursor to CPS humiliation and then their ultimate eradication. This Union has begun a very successful public campaign to breakdown the wall of false propaganda constructed and maintained by CPS. The sense of security of family most Americans have had is being steadily removed by CPS. We are doing an autopsy on the claimed credibility and the sense of moral superiority of CPS and it's workers. CPS and it's workers cannot see the truth of the harmful effects of their actions because they have a vested interest in child removals, that interest is money. Speaking of money this Union requested that DOGE under the leadership of Elon Musk investigate the financial fraud and waste of Child Protective Services in their funding of false removals of children through this nation's Social Security Trust Fund. Sadly no such investigation has been started to our knowledge and it seems Mr. Musk believes that no such investigation is necessary. It seems that nearly everyone in our government chooses to believe CPS propaganda that they operate for the best interest of the children it removes over the truth told by millions of parents and children that CPS causes much more harm than good.

International events today are the source of concern for nearly every American. Many are unsure if the events in Iran, Gaza and Ukraine will affect us here in America. While the truth is unknown it is more vital now than ever before for we parents to unite to save our children. The Covid Crisis has shown us all how quickly our rights to our children and the courts can be taken away. Our proclamations we are parents who love their children shall be measured by our actions taken to bring our children home. Child Protective Services as it exists today, is a disease to the stability of families and their children. This National Union once fully organized shall be the cure for the disease of CPS and it's unlawful separation of families. The propaganda and history of CPS was not created by those who are truthful. Instead the story of CPS as it has always existed was written by the rich and powerful. This National Union is not playing by anyone's rules when it comes to seeking justice from an unjust Child Protective Services System. We ask those Americans who have been affected as well as those who have not been affected by Child Protective Services to join us. The time for unity as a National Union is now.
