It is nearly April 2025 and we as a National Union have seen a few successes in our goal to create this Union. It is our duty as a Union to bring attention to the plight of American children and families suffering under the tyranny of an unjust, corrupt and inefficient child protective services system. We are committed to this endeavor and will keep the pressure up. We have for now forgotten our pain and despair and have decided to act. The future is in our hands. We must all be unrelenting we must all be heroes. To do any less will only lead to death and despair for those that we love. Last month the Trump Administration announced its intention to launch an investigation through its Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), into the wastefulness and inefficiencies of this nation's Child Protective Services system. This welcome news comes almost one month after this Union's February 16th message to President Trump asking for his Administration to intervene in the unlawful activities of child protective services in America as well as this Union's February 16th 2025 submission to the Bipartisan House DOGE Caucus in Washington requesting such an investigation. We feel that the President's decision to investigate child protective services with his DOGE resources is a result of this Union advocating for it. Yet we will continue to remain vigilant. We must watch carefully so that this investigation does not softly brush the facts. The fraud, waste and corruption of child protective services runs deep through American society. Many do not realize it but we are all smeared with the filth of it. Many rich and powerful institutions and individuals have a vested interest in seeing that the current system remains as it is and intact. There are many many ways to exploit the holes in the system and gain tremendous wealth, our elected officials know this all too well. Many of the group homes, and centers where parents are forced into "services" in a desperate attempt to retrieve their children are owned by them. We must be diligent and not allow those individuals who are guilty of crimes against children as well as crimes against humanity will not go unscathed. Another Union Initiative which seems to be gaining traction is this Union's call for an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division of the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families Worcester West Office of CPS. The complaint originally filed with the department, complaint number 423043LNQ, has been asked to be looked into by the Justice Department by many of our Members and followers. It seems that something along those lines may currently be in the beginning stages. We are still asking all Members to contact the Justice Department via email, regular mail or by phone at 855-856-1247 and request this investigation be started. Our last Union Initiative stems from our Union's January 5th call for Facebook to provide our Union with 100,000 paid Union Memberships to compensate this Union for Facebook's two years of interference with the formation of this Union. Repeated posts by our Members and Associates for this reimbursement has led to Facebook issuing its new non censorship policies as well as less censorship by Facebook of our groups and Members. Although our National President remains banned and all of our original groups and pages are still frozen, we are seeing some progress in this initiative and request that our members keep up the pressure. This Union is implementing its latest endeavor. We will focus our strength upon having child protective services separated from its governing body the U.S Department of Health and Human Services and placed with states attorney generals offices. This will ensure compliance with applicable law by child protective services social workers in the performance of their duties. Furthermore we believe that Parental Rights are Constitutionally protected and that they should be able to be terminated by power granted to this nations federal courts and not by the corrupt Cps administrative courts which are in operation in every state in this country.
